## The ALL SET model

ALL SET truck parks are designed around approximately 15-acre sites; capacity for approximately 450 tractors and trailers; 24/7/365 operation; full amenities; safety training; and safety and trucking equipment available for purchase.

## The problem

Truck parking shortages are a national infrastructure issue. Drivers may reach the end of a driving period while appropriate parking options are limited or unavailable.

A professional driver should know where the day ends before the clock forces the decision. Parking search can begin before the legal clock becomes immediate, because uncertainty compounds during the final hours of the driving day.

ATRI estimated in 2025 that there is roughly one truck parking space nationally for every 11 truck drivers.

## The Driver Reset

The Driver Reset is ALL SET's approach to thinking about the driver's off-duty experience after parking.

The concept considers practical needs such as:
